1911 Batting Average Leaders

 

Ty Cobb compiled a robust .366 career batting average, the highest among all baseball players. He won nine straight batting titles, 1907-1915, plus three straight from 1917-1919. Ty Cobb batted over .400 twice - .420 in 1911 and .410 in 1912.
