Question 4- Who Was I?

I'm not in any record books, at least not the kind baseball statisticians keep, but I was a part of the game in the late 70's and early 80's.

Normally when a fan runs onto the field, television crews don't show the interruption, but with me, they always did.

I was given the nickname of "The Kissing Bandit" because I was very successful at sneaking past security onto the field and stealing a kiss from the likes of players like Mike Schmidt.
