Glenn Borgmann

 

A much herald rookie catcher, Glenn Borgmann was a college All-American and was a minor league All-Star with Tacoma of the Pacific Coast League in 1973, when he batted .274, with 18 doubles, 3 triples, 8 homers and had 71 RBIs.

 

Glenn Borgmann played his first 8 seasons with the Minnesota Twins and was always among the leading major league catchers in fielding percentage and compiled a 9-year fielding mark of .989.
