14-Under Travel League at Pontiac Invitational Tournament ASA

Lauri Riddell of the Bloomington-Normal Girls Softball Association, had a resounding pitching performance as she pitched a no-hitter against Pontiac 6.06.2009. She fanned 10 opposing batters and yielded just one walk and the only run scored by the Blaze girls team was on a ground ball and an error.

Later that afternoon in the tourney, Lauri Riddell came in as a relief pitcher with her team leading 7-4 with two outs in the 6th inning against the Villa Grove Blaze. She proceeded to strikeout the final four batters, saving a win for her team.
